Gabriele Santi arranged the refinancing of my house in New York for a 30-year fixed mortgage before a short term, interest-only ARM became more expensive than convenient. His being in California was irrelevant because he has a clear, organized website that not only explains everything, but also includes forms with fill- in fields to save time. He answered my questions quickly by whatever communication worked the fastest, and his assistants were courteous and helpful. Even the local person with whom his firm is contracted to bring the papers for closing was pleasant, courteous, prompt and well- organized. Having done this several times before, I would definitely use him again and recommend him very highly to anyone else contemplating refinancing. On balance, it was a relatively stress free experience for which I am still very grateful.

After visiting approximately 75 homes over a 10 month period and coming perilously close to buying an overpriced and ill suited home, we found the perfect home for my family on our first day with Mr. Santi. It was the seventh and last home we visited on that day. The negotiation was done quickly and efficiently. Instead of losing half our home's value within 2 years, as several of our prior near purchases have subsequently devalued, when we recently refinanced, with the help of Global Lending Solutions, our home appraisal was less than 2% difference than our purchase price. As a further bonus, the seller was so pleased that we've since become very friendly.
Mr. Santi ambitiously looks for the right home and or loan for the buyer, not the best home or loan for his commission.
